What would you say if I suggested to you that the only thing standing in the way between where you are & where you want to be, are the limiting thoughts in your mind? 💭
Each morning as you wake up you get to decide how you want to be. You can choose to think with purpose; that is, you can choose your feeling state, your state of being & what you want to accomplish that day.
It is believed that thoughts are a form of energy, (quantum mechanics) and that every image you conjure in your mind as well as every word you speak has a vibration.⚡
Let's look at it another way... Have you heard about the law of attraction? The law of attraction is ability to attract into your life whatever you focus on & suggests that positive thoughts bring positive results into a person's life, while negative thoughts bring negative outcomes. Have you experienced wanting to say, buy a white SUV and almost every car you see on the road is a white SUV? 😲
That is the powerful energetic vibration of your thoughts acting like magnets to external factors. Your thoughts are powerful but you have control; you can change your thoughts and beliefs to live your best life which in turn allows you to be the best version of yourself. How do I do that you say? Every morning for a week journal or voice record the following:
1 How do I feel?
2 How do want to feel instead?
2 What do you need to think to feel that way?
3 What strategies can you put in place assist you with thinking the way you want to feel that day?
At the end of the week review your journal or voice recording and with curiosity, not judgement, notice what occurred...Where you able to change your thoughts & in turn change your 'being', (feel the way you wanted to feel)? 🚀
